Today is another suay dae for me ~ (tot yesterdae not bringing out umbrella and getting caught in the super heavy rain was suay) but todae i was even suay ~
Todae I was supposed to attend my nephew bbq birthdae party at east coast ..but I spent the whole morning n noon writing the answers for the MCYS written test.. didnt intend to spent 10am-4pm just on summarising the 21 pages journal and writing a plan with timeline for organising an a seminar .. intended to finish by 1pm thou ~ but .. haiiI!!!
When i finally stepped out.. it was closed to 5 pm .. My dad told me they would stay till 7plus.. When i reached the bus stop (the rain was already super super heavy but i brought along my lovely umbrella todae) everytin seems great and i love the rain~ untill.... i realised that i forgot to bring my ez-link card!!! faints~! I still hv 3 ez-link cards wit me but none of them have any value inside (from wat i recall) .. and another tragic tin happened to me when i just turned to look at the board for the minimum waiting time for bus 853 ~ I realised they dont have any info for tis bus no. at the bus stop thou it does stop there.. n when i turn back ~ to my horror!! the bus 853 just went off!!! HOW TRAGIC!!! i cant believe tis!!! It didn't stop cos no one attempted to stop it!! & I onLY TURNED FOR A SHORT WHILE!!!
Feel ZZZ ~ i tot of two options.. 1. take cab.. 2. go home take card... since I only got a 10 dollar note wit me ~ cant use it to take bus ~neither was it enough for me to take cab.. >.< so i came up wit a third option cos wo bu xiang zuo hui tuo lu~!
So i walked 2 streets more to draw cash fr the POSB bank~ looking back .. i didn't know why I decided to walk fr alj to Paya lebar.. tinking that alj and paya lebar wasn't too far away .. so i walked to PL so i would only needa take one bus to reach marine parade~ but the rain only got more and more heavy as I walked in the direction to PL ..
WOW KAO it was damn far~ I attempted to take a cab several times during the walk but none of them stopped in the heavy rain.. I believe they cant c me!!! n most were hired! so well I continue walkin n walking and one damn it bus !!! SPLASHED ALL THE RAIN WATER ON ME!!! I got wet even wit my umbrella~ do I look like i would love to have a shower??
But eventually.. finally.. I reached a bus stop.. but then i didnt see any no. i could take so I continue to walk but jus when i look back ~ i SAW !!! BUS 853!~!!!! I ran back to the bus stop.. the nice uncle was about to leave but stopped for me sooooo sweeetttt.. i tried my value supposed to be $0 cards.. di di di di ~ no.1 failed me .. but no. 2!! got $1.30 left hahahahaha lucky me lol
Just after I got on the bus I called my pa for the 4th time since i couldnt get him when i called him 3x at home..and he only told me dont come le.. they left le FAINTS!!! FAINTSSSS!!! FAINTSSS!!! I was on my way to Marine parade so watever!!! i just continued my journey ~.~
When I reached there I was cold, wet and hungry!! But i hated the idea of eating alone!!! But well.. i tot fast food would be alrite ~ ppl would be too busy to look at me (a loner) but the waiters keep looking at me while i was eatin at MOS burger~ i tin i realli too long nv eat fast food le.. was it soooo exp back then? a set meal cost bout $8!!! Yesterdae I ate burger king.. cost me bout 9 too!! WHY SO EXPP!!! I could have eaten a better meal without the need to q~ e.g ajisan~ stupid choice! ..
After eating I didn't know where to go~ i went to giant and shopped there.. bought some instant noodles and 3 cup noodles.. campbell soup.. 2x jelly powder.. caused me bout $8 nia haha all these items on promo XD happy~
But I guess I shldn't be happy~ cos while i was walking .. THe thick sole of my Reebok sports shoe just came off halfway.. i tot it would last me till I reach hm.. but then.. when I stepped out of the mall.. it was still raining damn heavily so i gt no choice and while walking.. the sole came off completely!!! and an ah pei saw it!! HE LAUGHED!!! and ask me which brand d LIKE FAINTS I already damn Pai sei LE!!! AH PEI!!! PLS PRETEND NV C!!! .. Tats not all.. cos of the diff in height betw the soleless shoe on my rite leg vs the one with the 2.5 cm thick sole on my left leg.. I WAS WALKING LIKE I WAS BORN WIT UNEVEN LEGS!!! SO HARD TO WALK!!! cry~ why I sooo pathetic todae~ ..
YEt... my tragic-ness didn't end... after i reached home.. my mum asked me to throw away the shoes thou i wanted to glue back the sole (YESI! i picked it up)! SO i went to throw.. then I REALISEd!!! I STUPID!!! I Just bought a $7 massaging insole for tis pair of shoe last week!!! COULD HAVE RECYCLED IT TO MY NEW SKETCHERS SPORT SHOE!!! I THREW IT WIT THE SHOES INTO THE RUBBISH CHUTE!!! WHY I DIDNT THROW INTO THE BIN!!!! WHY!!!!! WHYYYYYYYY!!! CRY!!! I ONLY WEAR TWO TIMES!!! SO EXP!!! XIN TONG AHHHHH WO HAO BEN AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH SOOBBB... SOB.....!!! WEI SHE ME!!!!!!! feel like singing elva d cuo de ren! !! WO TAI BEN!!! ming zhi dao ni shi cuo de XIE!!
