Yesterday, went to Resort World Sentosa to sign the Letter of Agreement for Ushering position. Felt really lucky to have Cariann accompany me there else I won't be able to get there so easily (ThanKS!).
Didn't know that the security at RW is so tight and that they have so many guards stationed around. After filling up the form, we waited for the latecomers to arrive, they wasted so much of our time waiting for them (Cariann have to wait outside for me~ XiE LE!). Think the manager wasn’t happy with the latecomers, so she made her seat alone to wait in the office while she brings us around.
They have a super cool machine to make the staff pass. After taking our photo thru a webcam?(I tin), the lady slotted a card into the machine and within minutes, our staff pass is done! soooOO cOOOL! But, seriously I dono why my face looks so red and fat!! Like a PIGGY!!! The lady still tells me my photo was ok!! FAINT!! It's so ugly that I don't even want to upload it. lol.
After that we went to try out the uniform. The auntie really makes me feel LOW AH! She gave me UK size 14 for shirt and pants and say, "You so big size, this one should be ok." While she pass the other girl (fanah?) a size 12 shirt and size 10 pants (I don't think our size got so much difference seriously, of course her legs are slimmer but.. but... I WHERE GOT SO FAT!!! sob..sob..) I reluctantly went to try the size 14 shirt and pant. The shirt is way too big le, I can't even see my hands and the pant drops off when I didn't hold it lo. The auntie still say, the shirt looks ok!! I already wana give the -.- face (which part looks ok?).
After I showed her that the pants is really loose, she reluctantly let me try a size 30 one (I -.-", I usually wear 25-26). It is still too loose! I can see the auntie don't feel happy le, but Fanah is nice she let me try hers. This time the pants fit just nice! I still think the shirt is too big, but the auntie says no size le! Bo bian, I will have to wear that and it makes me looks fat lo! SUper don't like non-curvy shape di shirt. BUt, for the pay I will accept it $_$.
I did a super funny thing when I left the room, I could'nt open the door and the auntie says press the white button. After I pressed on it, all the lights went ofF! Hahahahahaha! Didn't know there is another white button farther away from my view which is the one I am supposed to press. XD Luckily only the lights went off. lol.
Another funny thing happened when I went back to exchange the pass with my IC. The security guard pass us our IC thru the hole, and the malay guy went to take his IC back. But, the security stopped him and ask him pass it to me and say that the IC is mine not his! The malay guy gave a blank look cos it really is his IC!! FaINT! I once again felt like burning away my IC and go get a new one! lol.
After that we followed Fanah and her bF to USS!!! The place where I longed to go!!! But, USS really not that big deal. I feel that paying so much for it to enter is a total waste of money, cos there isn't as much things to see as I expected.
Furthermore, the waiting time for the shows and rides is like so long!! Some more, one of the rides we queued for has technical problem and we ended up queuing for nothing. One of the two we went for is really cool! It demonstrates the film-making process and its super real!! I can really feel the heat of the fire! & the storm and sea in the background looks super real too! I like their souvenirs shop, they have lots of cute soft toys and the price is quite reasonable.
We also went for the 4D Shrek show? or ride?(separated into 2 parts). The first part was really boring, but the excitement came later when we went for the seat ride? (dono howta descript~_~). The feeling of the spiders dropping onto our feet felt so real and creepy!! For moments I don't dare to rest my feet on the floor. The shaking of the seats is terrible, my head knocked against the chair a few times!! Is really OUCH D! They splashed water quite a few times too, especially when donkey AHHHHH CHEEEWWW! Gross! I was kinda wet but it is still quite fun la. haha.
Didn't have much time to walk around since they were closing soon, so we went to RW instead. Really like the Hershey's shop, so we took photos there and also bought the dark chocolate syrup. After dining at RUyi, we headed back to Vivo CIty to buy stuff at DIaso!! I only bought another foot patch which says LEG SLIMMING!

Today is the first time I cooked rice for myself, it is edible but a little too hard (Shall add more water next time). My super thrifty meal with only kim chi, bimbiba chilli and lan cheong meat. THe chilli is sooooo sweet that it ruin the taste of the rice! YuckS! Luckily it only cost $2.80 else I will sure curse and swear. lol.
